Welcome to Vintage Chic! The glorious forgotten treasures of the past, that once were discarded as trash but have new life breathed into them. I call this turning junk into funk. This may apply to people as well. Vintage sounds more chic than aged. Vintage is a word that I love to use more so than say relic or antique because it has a more glamorous connotation to it. Vintage is a far better way to say that something has some age to it; thus it's more acceptable to say it's aged like fine wine, a nice vintage sounds interesting whereas saying it's old sounds rude. Then again maybe I like the way vintage sounds because with each passing day I'm becoming more vintage. I'm learning to live with growing older or vintage therefore I seek out the uniqueness items possess rather than tossing them out when the shine wears off of them, that's when they begin to show character, much like people. Wouldn't you agree? 

Living with Vintage Chic is about incorporating vintage items into your decor whether it be a farmhouse, coastal, retro or industrial atmosphere. Living with Vintage Chic is a lifestyle of re-purposing or up-cycling, renewed visualization for beauty, being conscious of wastefulness 

while you're being thrifty. 

Living with Vintage Chic is keeping it simple & simply living with purpose. Designing your surroundings to fit your lifestyle & to fit you with comfort.

Mr. Trump just asked,"HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW AMERICA? All you Hollywood types Oprah, Rosie O'donnell, Jon Stewart, Raven Simone, Clooney, Streisand, Meryl Streep, Angelina Jolie, Robert De Niro, Scarlett Johannsen, Samuel L. Jackson, DiCaprio & music industry elite like Jay Z, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Katie Perry, Jon Bon Jovi, Miley Cyrus....How do you like me now baby?"

My apologies to Canada because all of these lazy, liberal loud mouths will be crossing the Canadian borders within hours. Canada you better build a wall, America is being freed her worst. The people that make your stomach turn from their socialistic rhetoric & utopia ideals, that were long ago abandoned by rational thinking society. Feel free Canada to deport these whack jobs to Mexico.

A Slightly more Humbled Donald Trump that we met a year and a half ago reached out to Americans of all races & heritages to ask what can I do to make America great again for you. Despite the Republican establishment fighting Mr. Trump, & the Democrats fighting him, the socialists & communists fighting him alongside the mainstream media bashing him relentlessly daily, Donald J. Trump prevailed. Mr. Trump showed America & the world that he is a strong fighter who never gives up or gives in, yet he can retain a sense of humor & as we have learned he can be gracious.

You can call him MR. PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!! Now let's Drain that Swamp people! Let's lock up some corrupt people & get some answers like where did the money go, the emails go, the jobs go, where did all the weapons go & what happened at Benghazi?

The moment I heard the ticket was Trump Pence, it sounded like Trumpets to me...Trump Pence....I thought this is a sign from the Lord GOD, that trumpets were sounding to free America from bondage. I prayed continually. God heard many prayers. Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence were what America had been waiting for since the Reagan administration ended. The Clinton dynasty went up in flames, the Bush dynasty crumbled & the Obama legacy will be all but erased. America is looking into the light once again after years of darkness, divisiveness, anger, unrest, unemployment, decaying infrastructure & a failed healthcare system.

 Despite the massive cheating, lying & rigging by the Progressive leftist Demon-crats, America has spoken with a resounding Hell No....We won't take it anymore! Globalist billionaires backed the Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. The only reason I can come up with is that she would play ball & do their bidding. The Democrats could not have found a more unpalatable candidate for the ever growing leftists progressives in America. Regardless of the antics of the Democrats, America has spoken & we thank GOD for sparing us from tyranny! America has shown Washington that We the People have the Power, & We the People have just won!

Bill Clinton called Trump supporters rednecks despite the fact we were of various races & mixed races. According to the Clinton logic we were all beneath the elite thus we were rednecks. Hillary Clinton had prior to Bill's statements placed us in baskets, grouping us as deplorable, irredeemable, xenophobic, homophobic, racists. The most offensive of those to me was irredeemable, then deplorable because I know I am not irredeemable, as a Christian that statement to me personally was something Hillary could not walk back to me. Who did she think she was...God? Now for the deplorable name tag, which I have never used ever in my lifetime, but I assumed it was used for those like Hitler, Charles Manson, any serial killer. Who does Hillary Clinton think she is? I believe she truly thinks it was her turn...yes her turn to be President, as if after being in the cesspool for a certain time frame, that automatically makes you next in line & furthermore we Americans have no say so in the process. Here is where we hearken back to the lying, cheating, rigging, inexcusable actions of just do whatever it takes to win strategy.

If you are not sure what the new Trump Pence administration will bring then Google the list for the first 100 days of the Trump administration. You will find an impressive list. It will immediately start tackling debts, jobs, healthcare & infrastructure. Let's hope we will also see the FBI & new Attorney general hand down indictments to those who have been running fast & loose breaking laws like a lawless street gang with no respect for anything or anyone. Let's roll up our sleeves America & get to work as a nation, to rebuild what the current administration sought so hard to tear down & remake. There is a huge difference between rebuilding & remaking. Remaking is akin to plastic surgery which actually distorts the former to a blasphemous state. Just look at the Hollywood faces if you doubt what I said about remaking & the plastic surgery. They do not even look human anymore.

While I'm on the topic of Hollywood, the arrogance of Hollywood & the music industry elitists to tell America what we should think. All that Hollywood & the majority of the music industry rolls out to the masses is pure junk or filth or both, which again is arrogance to think that the masses do not want quality. It's like feeding a child nothing but processed junk food & sodas everyday of their life & never once offering the child fresh picked fruits or vegetables to eat. Honey fresh from a hive is much tastier than refined sugar, but if you never tatse it then you will never know what you have been missing. Apparently we the people have started to walk in the garden & we are sick of the garbage.

America has just let out an exhale that sent gale force winds around the world & a thunderous shout of Hallelujah, so loud that people of Japan said ,"What was that?", people in Russia said,"What was that sound?", people in Switzerland said, "Did you hear that?" People in in Mexico said "What was that sound?" & the Mexican President said,"That folks was the Sound of Mr. Trump sending Mexico a bill for the Wall!" People in the Middle east said,"What was that noise?" & the Muslim brotherhood said,"Damn.. Huma Abedin just lost her job & Hillary Clinton owes us Millions of dollars...get Bill Clinton on the phone!"

 The new first family, the Trump family. Putting Family & safety first in America for all Americans once again, as it should be. God Bless America Again!
Let's pray God guides Mr. Trump & Mr. Pence in the years going forward, to lead us all into prosperity, strength & happiness. We must remember to never leave God out of the equation or we will suffer as a result. Say hello to our new President Elect Mr. Donald J. Trump, a one of a kind triumphant man indeed!

Hillary Clinton spent months spouting, "This is not a Reality TV show!", but she was wrong yet again. We Americans witnessed the ultimate Reality TV Show that lasted far longer than 13 episodes, this mega marathon went on for a year & a half, although it seem like decades. Nonetheless, we could not tune it out, even if we wanted to because almost every where we turned it was blaring at us. It was everywhere, like your Mom when you're 14 years old! We have reality checks galore. We have humble pie with a side order of crow eating contest followed by a rousing order of shoveling manure.

We had sex, lies, videotape, audiotape, lies, accusations, name calling, humor, screeching, limitless budgets, late term abortion, spirit cooking & occasionally promises to either go farther than a the previous guy while growing stronger or building walls for safety while simultaneously making money. We heard Hillary talk about coddling illegals & renaming them undocumented citizens or asylum seekers. Trump spoke of banning sanctuary cities that coddle illegals & deporting them back to their homelands. There were even ladies who accused Bill Clinton of rape & groping them, while Hillary & Bill Clinton neither one denied the accusations & Bill did in fact pay one of them almost a million dollars two decades ago, then the Clinton's managed to act, as if these ladies did not exist on planet Earth. Meanwhile back at the Trump camp, they starting dodging women coming out of the woodwork like ghosts in a paranormal series. The funny thing about this seemingly endless parade of women  was that one by one their stories got more outlandish than the next, as if they were vying for their 15 minutes of fame. Also one by one the stories were debunked as false & one of them did admit to receiving payment from the Hillary camp to falsely smear Trump with lies.  Trump threatened law suits & all the women shut up miraculously. Wow! 

Hillary never did shut up neither did Trump. The insults went on for months until they were more than most people could bear & we all felt like we had seen one too many slasher films. The ultimate Reality TV show climaxed with a twist & turn ending that shocked the mainstream media along with Hollywood. The season finale was a real shocker for some & expected outcome for others, as America shouted with glee as the new President of the United States Donald J. Trump was elected as our 45th President. Hillary Clinton refused to show her face to many of her adoring fans as they waited in cold temps in New York City, on election night. She finally mad a dramatic appearance looking like a battered soldier after a long battle, but wearing a royal purple & black pantsuit ensemble, which Tim Kaine, his wife & Bill Clinton had to coordinate with her. The Royal purple mourning brigade marched on stage as if going to the gallows. No one could have scripted any of this election 2016.

So if you still think the Real Housewives or any other Reality TV show has shown us more than the campaign for the White House 2016, then you are just plain wrong! Millions of people watched & hundreds of millions of people voted, even some dead folks appeared as zombies to vote continue to vote Democrat. You know those liberals do not go off into the night without a fight. The Ultimate Reality Show starred Donald J. Trump & Hillary Rodham Clinton. Either you loved them, hated them or you just wanted to never see them again, but you could not quit watching them. America cheered them on until the last moments somewhere near 3 am on Nov 9, 2016, when Trump was declared the winner & America's next President. Does anyone else feel like he should have taken a walk down a long runway with a sash? America Won & we should all be elated, to have the opportunity to reunite as a nation, from the divisiveness of the last eight years. We should pull together. Americans of both genders & various races voted in Donald J. Trump, as President & likewise we should all help each other to heal. 

The rioting & temper tantrums from the leftist liberals must stop! Your candidate did not win, so you will go out & protest or riot. Will you also make a video tape? Your candidate did not win & at this point what difference does it make? Grow up & realize you will not get paid anymore to protest. You will have to pay your own way in this world & if you insist on behaving badly, cursing at newscasters because you think it's cool to use swear words on national TV, then maybe you should go back home to Daddy's basement to live until you can grow up & toughen up. The world owes you nothing! You can either be a productive part of society or you can cower in a corner being offended like a coward. The choice is yours because America is the land of the free, where you have choices & we salute freedom. One more footnote, if you insist on burning the American flag & stomping on it, then get your sorry ass to the closest border & cross it with the Hollywood & music industry elitists. True American are proud of our flag & those who died for it, so you buttercups can protests & burn our flags, even though you are unappreciative spoiled brats! 

All of us who did not vote for Obama endured blows one after the other to the gut & we turned our cheeks to be repeatedly slapped. We took it on the chin for eight long years biding our time until we could free ourselves from the tyranny of the Obama & Biden reign accompanied by Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch & Eric Holder as supporting cast members. Yet all of you offended, liberal globalists can only find solace in rioting, marching in protests, burning or damaging other people's property because you say "Love Trumps Hate", but you are the largest group of haters among us. Hillary Clinton & Obama along with all of the Democrats waved the tattered race card until it was frayed. America flipped out Trump card back at you & now you're offended so you will throw a tantrum. Grow up!

God Bless America & God please guide Donald J. Trump & Mike Pence, as they lead America for the next 4-8 years. Can we finally hear Trump say,"You're Fired!" I suppose that will come in the spin off series "Make America Great Again!"
